Kimberly started out in 2017 working with me to help me find a home - we ended up putting it on the back burner for over a year and a half! But, she kept with me and we came back to the process in early 2019, with relatively short notice. Kim did a great job digging, and finding options, recommendations as well as connections for me to look into. She was great. When we ran into a few closing problems with the seller (they weren't out in time), she was very flexible and communicative with both the seller's agent and me, explaining everything I needed to know along the way. She was also very proactive in getting the sellers more motivated and she even had a great cleaning service that she recommended. Thanks to Kim as well as her greater team for helping me find a great place where I can make a good home.
